LJ DeLuca joined Ceres in 2019 and engages with companies on sustainable business strategies—making the business case for the integration of environmental, social and governance factors into decision-making, core business operations and supply chains. Most recently, LJ and his colleagues launched the Ceres Roadmap 360º, a free to use online tool to help companies early in sustainability journey access best practice recommendations, useful resources, and assess performance. LJ also drives the advancement of work related to the Ceres Roadmap 2030, a vision and action framework for sustainable business leadership, used to help companies, mitigate risk, create long-term value, improve corporate performance, and transform the economy.
