Mo Bonder has spent his professional career in the energy industry where he has focused on building and leading teams in the engineering, construction, project development and operations of utility-scale wind, and solar and storage projects throughout the US. Mr. Bonder has also supported international organizations in entering the US market, specifically for offshore wind, and the development of a hydrogen ecosystem in the Northeast US.

Mr. Bonder has been with National Grid Ventures since 2018. National Grid Ventures is the unregulated/competitive business of National Grid. In his current role, Mr. Bonder and his team focus on developing a low carbon market for the Northeast US. Previously, he was the Head of M&A for National Grid Renewables which is the renewable business of National Grid Ventures where he was responsible for buying and selling utility-scale wind and solar projects. Mr. Bonder also spent a year on the Community Offshore Wind project team, a joint venture between National Grid Ventures and RWE, to advance offshore wind in the Northeast US.
