This session will begin with a fireside chat with Johanna Jobin, Global Head of Environment & Sustainability at Takeda Pharmaceutical Company, discussing their sustainability journey, the challenges they're facing and how they're working with consultants to solve them. It will then lead into a roundtable discussion exploring the leadership challenges and obstacles to making organisations culturally receptive, so that they can truly embed sustainability in both internal and external practices, strategy, and decision making in a measurable and meaningful way.
