Catherine is a Junior Consultant in GHD’s Digital Strategy Transformation & Innovation (D-Lab) practice. She is experienced in helping organizations establish their Strategic Vision and North Star for growth and transformation, enabling these through digital technology and value-based roadmaps. Her experience includes digital / technology strategy, business case development, human centred design, and cost reduction analyses. Catherine also has a year of experience with GHD’s Food and Agriculture business group and possesses a solid foundation in food processing and engineering, market research, and cross-functional collaboration. She has experience managing and coordinating several projects. Catherine lead projects acting as the client-focused project manager coordinating multidisciplinary teams with resources across Canada. She supported in a project coordinator role for complex, multi-year design build projects. Catherine is also a co-chair of the Ontario Young Professional network, advocating and leading over 450 young professionals in GHD to advance their professional development.
