Hannah Conover, CPA, serves as the founding executive director of Grant Ready Kentucky, a nonprofit delivering grant-readiness and capacity-building support to nonprofits and communities across Kentucky. As a lifelong Kentuckian, Hannah’s professional experience in both for-profit and non-profit sectors give her a unique perspective and desire to drive social impact. She graduated summa cum laude with a BBA in Finance from Eastern Kentucky University and is both a licensed CPA and an AICPA-certified not-for-profit specialist.

Under Hannah's guidance, Grant Ready Kentucky spearheaded Kentucky’s 2023 House Bill 9 G.R.A.N.T. Program, which is set for significant expansion in 2024. This program established an innovative grant matching fund, enabling better access to federal resources for Kentucky's economically distressed communities. In recognition of her effective leadership and the organization’s impact, Grant Ready Kentucky was honored with the Kentucky Nonprofit Network's 2023 Nonprofit VOICE Award for public policy excellence.
