Leah Daly is Senior Director, Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) for Santander US. Leah’s experience includes ESG, enterprise risk management and reporting, corporate governance and public policy.  

Leah currently leads the development and implementation of a holistic Santander US ESG strategy, including accelerating green financing opportunities, enhancing transparency via expanded sustainability reporting, developing a climate-focused facilities and operations plan, and coordinating climate risk assessment efforts in partnership with key stakeholders. Prior to her current role, Leah led risk reporting and governance functions across Santander US.

Leah was previously a principal at Tapestry Networks where she worked closely with the chairs of risk and audit committees, as well as independent board chairs on a variety of complex topics facing the Top 30 global banking and insurance institutions.

She currently serves as Ambassador for the Santander US Embrace (LGBTQ+) Employee Resource Group and is a member of the Brookline Vermont Planning and Hazard Mitigation Commissions.
